Application
1. First, you should get in touch with us through telephone or e-mail. At number 044 20 3290 0108 (at the local rate) we shall consult you on the specifics of the different universities. Our employees from the Department of Customer Services will be glad to take your phone call and they will personally answer all questions regarding your education in Bulgaria.
2. You can send your Secondary Education Certificate through the e-mail without any commitment, so that our local experts can define the optimal education possibilities for your case.
3. After that, we send you the information package. Alternatively, you can request the information package directly through the web page, absolutely free and not binding you in any way.
4. After we create a list of the universities you could and would like to apply to on the basis of your Secondary Education Certificate together, the first thing you need to do is send us the signed application for agency through e-mail and then all documents necessary for the application. After that, we will take care of the agency. We take charge of the translation, legalization in the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the coordination of the application process and the communication with the respective university. Then, we reserve a student spot for you.
5. We organise everything related to your participation in an English language test conducted by the university if necessary (in accordance with the university). For the University in Varna it is necessary to sit two additional exams in Biology and Chemistry in English language.
6. For the winter semester, the studies begin between the middle of September and the second week of October, and for the summer semester they begin in March. In order to use effectively the other services of Medical Studies Bulgaria, like finding accommodation for example, it is recommended to arrive earlier.
